Once you decide to entrust the defense of your interests, our Compensation will be based on a fixed schedule depending on the complexity of your case.
A flat fee can be agreed, as in most divorces joint petition.
Finally, an additional fee of result can be stopped.
In all cases, our fees are subject to a comprehensive convention and transparent billing. The regulation may, where appropriate, be made in installments.

Legal Aid
Legal aid is for people with low incomes to benefit from support by the state fee and court costs (legal fees, bailiff fees, expertise, ... ).
If the person does not know a lawyer could handle his case, he will be appointed an ex officio.
Depending on its level of resources, the government pays all or court costs (total assistance) or part of them (partial support).
